Congratulations! You are engaged to the love of your life! You have either thought about your wedding since you were a young child or are just starting to plan this most special day. Either way, we are ready to take the stress off of you and make sure everything goes just as you have envisioned.
We will be your biggest cheerleader – your point person for all questions – detail checker – body mover/timing manager – personal assistant – rule enforcer and “first responder”.
Month of Coordinator
You have your dream vendors confirmed and a good idea of how you want your wedding to go. Now, you need someone to make it flow! With this package you can rest assured that the stress will be off of you and you can be in the moment instead of making the moment happen.
Month of Coordination Includes:
—2 in-person or virtual meeting to tour your venue and finalize details for the big day
—Verification of all vendor contracts
—Development and tracking of timeline
—Distribution of your timeline to all vendors
—Development of the ceremony and reception layout with assistance of the bride and groom
—Set out and clean up of all personal items such as memory table, guest book, programs, favors etc..
—Safe keeping of all gifts and cards
—Personal Assistant to the Bride and Groom the day of the wedding
—1 Hour Rehearsal Coordination
—10 Hour Wedding Day Coordination for 1 Coordinator
Day of Coordinator
You have the perfect idea for your wedding – you are a planner, perfectionist and/or have been dreaming of this day for years! All you need is someone who can make sure your plans happen on schedule, that everyone is where they need to be. With this package I will be with you during the rehearsal and from the beginning to the end of the wedding day.
Day of Coordination Includes:
—1 in-person or virtual meeting to tour your venue and finalize details for the big day
—Distribution of your timeline to all vendors
—Tracking of a predetermined timeline
—Set out and clean up of all personal items such as memory table, guest book, programs, favors etc..
—Safe keeping of all gifts and cards
—Personal Assistant to the Bride and Groom the day of the wedding
—1 Hour Rehearsal Coordination
—10 Hour Wedding Day Coordination for 1 Coordinator
—Additional services may be included such as venue setup/breakdown and additional staff based on the number of guests and predetermined needs from the couple
